It contains a theater, ice skating rink, golf course, baseball field, conference center, and pools.
Pines was closed in 1998.

Letchworth Village Developmental Center

Established in 1907 as the Eastern N.Y. State Custodial Asylum.
Renamed Letchworth Village in 1909 in honor of William Pryor Letchworth.
The center cared for people with developmental disabilities.
Most of Letchworth closed in 1996.
Encore Palisades has purchased the property and there are plans for demolition and redevelopment in the near future.

New Jersey State Lunatic Asylum

Opened August 17, 1876.
The main hospital building is a Thomas Kirkbride design, which is closed except for a small front portion.
Many of the buildings were closed in the year 2000.
As of June, 2007, demolition of the kitchen building has started.

Dixmont State Hospital Cemetery

Dixmont State Hospital opened in 1862 near Pittsburgh, PA and originally had 113 patients.
The hospital was demolished in 2006.
The cemetery contains the graves of more than 1,000 former patients, each stone marked only with a number.
It dates from 1863 to 1937.

Many incidents of abuse, neglect, molestation, and stealing were taking place.
The Center eventually closed in 1991.
