It contains a visual tour inside historic, closed, and abandoned hospitals; consisting of psychiatric hospitals, developmental centers, and tuberculosis sanatoriums. Many hospitals featured on this documentary have plans for demolition in the near future. Each hospital is introduced with brief history.
